VTA 2024: Standing on the Shoulders of Giants

At the 2023 annual conference meeting there was a motion made to explore how the structure of the  Virginia Theatre Association supports Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility. We've been holding discussions, exploring what is happening in other organizations, and talking to stakeholders.
