What Are Your Fighting For?!

In his Guideposts, Shurtleff tells us to ask, "What is your character fighting for?"  Though he means it figuratively, sometimes characters fight for something literally!  Stage Combat is the art of telling stories that turn violent, but doing it safely.  This workshop introduces students to some concepts and techniques used in this specialized area of theatre.  Students should be dressed to move!
